HanGil, the name of HanGil Eye Hospital, means one path in Korean. HanGil Eye Hospital,
since its opening in 1985, has only been walking along the path of ophthalmology under the
motto of the healthy eyes for everyone.
In 2025, Hangil Eye Hospital will celebrate its 40th anniversary. About 350 employees, including 40 doctors, treat more than 230,000 patients a year.
Foreign patients from CIS countries make up over 70% of our total foreign patient population. The number of foreign patients is steadily increasing each year, and we are committed to providing satisfaction and positive experiences for those who travel from afar. HanGil has the best eye care infrastructure in Korea, including excellent medical staff, friendly support personnel, and excellent equipment, and is establishing a medical accident prevention system as a government-designated "medical institution certification hospital.
