2 When specialists of registered medical subjects are vacant
"A specialized medical institution shall have one or more specialists by each medical subject in accordance with Article 77 of "the Medical Service Act". In case of the vacancy of specialists of registered medical subject, such a medical institution shall be registration revoked due to unfulfilment of registration requirements and corresponds to violation conducts specified in Article 9, Clause 1 of "Medical Overseas Expansion Law (abbreviation)"

4 When designated mark (KAHF) is used by a medical institution which is not designated as a foreign patients attracting institution
"When designated mark is used by an undesignated medical institution, such behavior can be judged as provision of false information, and also judged as 'advertisement expressing false information' in accordance with Article 56, Clause 2, Paragraph 3 of "the Medical Service Act"."
