Introduction

When the Samsung Medical Center opened in 1994, it changed the paradigm of the domestic medical field with the innovative concepts of a “patient-centered” and “customer satisfaction.”
During the past 20 years, the Samsung Medical Center has received much love and encouragement and has won the first place 14 times in the National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI), first place 16 times in the Korean Customer Satisfaction Index (KCSI), first place 12 times in the Korean Standard - Service Quality Index (KS-SQI) consecutively, and has been selected as the top medical center 12 times consecutively in the hospital sector in Brand Star.
In addition, the hospital proclaimed the slogan of “Vision 2020, Happiness through Healthcare Innovation” in 2012 and has made progress to become a leading hospital worldwide.

Training Information

• Six Saudi physicians are currently being trained and eleven doctors are completed training program. Two Saudi physicians will participate in the fellowship program coming 2019 and 2020
•SMC supports a participation in local and/or international conferences and presentation opportunities
•During the pre-entry program, SMC provides Physicians with Minimally Invasive Surgery Education program (Laparoscopic program and Micro surgery program) for the improvement in the surgical skills and basic life support course at in-house simulation center
