You can access the application form in the Go to 'My KMTP → VISA for Training'

Important

To apply for the Visa Confirmation, you must have sponsorship documents.
Please prepare your scholarship confirmation letter in advance.

Once you upload your flight ticket, your arrival date will be automatically updated in the system.

The VOA (Verification of Arrival) and VOE (Verification of Enrollment) documents are essential for completing the following steps after arriving in Korea:

• Housing contract

• Opening a bank account

• Applying for your ARC (Alien Registration Card)

Please upload your flight ticket first, then print out the VOA and VOE documents and bring them with you when you enter Korea.
