We, KHIDI, would like to inform you the approval process to join Korea Medical Training Program.

Once you apply to our system, your application is automatically to be sent to Training hospital. 

While hospital reviews your application, you may be requested to come to Korea for interview or video interview.

After hospital approves your training with specific training schedule, next step is at KHIDI.

After KHIDI approved your training program in Korea, the final step si to get an approval by government(usually MoH) of trainee's country for your training program.

Thus, we need to see the 'Letter of approval and recommendation' issued by the government of trainee's country.

Please understand that training period is not allowed to be changed due to trainee's desire.

Getting an approval means that a type of contract among applicant, training hospitals, sponsor, and KHIDI.

If you need to change the period of trainining later with unavoidable reason, then you should submit the proofs later.

and you should get the quarar from your sponsor to cover all training period, if you need to arrange your training period, please work on it before your training program starts.
