How to Apply for Help
- In the event that you experience a medical accident or are concerned that a dispute may arise regarding your treatment, do not hesitate to contact the Medical Call Center (82-15777-129).
- The Medical Call Center not only registers medical accidents over the phone but also receives and investigates complaints and disputes about medical treatment procedures and results.
- All complaints registered through the Call Center and regarded as medical accidents or complaints with the potential to develop into medical disputes are notified to the Secretariat. The Secretariat then sorts out which cases will require legal resolutions, and provides guidance on mediation, intervention and other legal resolutions.
