- The Medical Call Center not only registers medical accidents over the phone but also receives and investigates complaints and disputes about medical treatment procedures and results.
- If complaints registered through the Medical Call Center are regarded as medical accidents or complaints with a potential to develop into medical disputes are notified to the Secretariat. The Bureau then determines which cases require legal resolutions, and provides guidance on mediation, intervention or other legal resolutions.
